I have added that clarification to the Dispatch & Processing Times section. This is a great way to manage customer expectations so they aren't wondering where the "Ready to Ship" part of their order is while they wait for the handmade items.

Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered via email immediately after your purchase is confirmed. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout and check your junk/spam folder if the email does not arrive in your inbox.
Dispatch & Processing Times
We aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Dispatch times depend on the type of item purchased:

Ready to Ship Items: These are dispatched within 2 working days.

Made to Order Items: As these items are handcrafted for you, please allow 2 to 7 working days for dispatch.

Combined Orders: If your order contains a mix of "Ready to Ship" and "Made to Order" items, the entire order will be shipped together once the made-to-order items are complete. This means the 2–7 working day dispatch time will apply to the whole order.
Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Delivery Timescales
Once your order has been dispatched and enters the postal system, it is subject to the carrier’s timescales. While we guarantee our dispatch times, we cannot be held responsible for delays within the postal network (such as seasonal peaks or transit strikes).
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Correct Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
