Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Made to Order & Custom Items

As the majority of our items are Made to Order, we begin the production process shortly after your order is placed.

• Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

• After 24 Hours: Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund Made to Order items.

Ready to Ship Items

For items listed in our Ready to Ship section, you may request a cancellation at any time before the item has been dispatched. Once the item has been handed over to the carrier, the standard Return Policy applies.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered immediately via email. Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be cancelled or refunded once the purchase is complete.

Pre-Orders (if applicable)

If you have purchased an item on pre-order, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time up until the item begins production or is prepared for dispatch.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please email lisa@itsmelisag.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number. If the cancellation is accepted, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
