What is an "Open Box" & How Does It Save You Money?

If you’ve been browsing our shop and noticed the Open Box option at checkout, you might be wondering what it’s all about. It’s essentially a "Shop Now, Ship Later" service designed to help you save on postage while ensuring you never miss out on your favourite limited-edition scents!

How It Works

An Open Box allows you to build a collection of goodies over time. Here is the simple 3-step process:

1. Secure Your Items: Shop whenever a new scent or product catches your eye. At checkout,enter the code "OPENBOX". You pay for your items immediately, which secures them so they don't sell out, but we hold the physical package at our HQ.

2. Add to Your Box: You can keep your box "open" for as long as you like. Whether you want to add more car diffusers next week or wait for a new restock of wax melts, just keep using the OPENBOX checkout code.

3. Close & Ship: Once you are happy with your haul and ready to receive it, just send us a message! We will then send you a final link for your postage payment, however if your total products bought is £50 or more, postage is FREE, we cover your postage for you.
