Brand Rep Terms + Conditions

It’s Me Lisa G Brand Rep Program Summary - Updated June 2026

Our Brand Rep Program allows approved Brand Reps to earn rewards by sharing It’s Me Lisa G products with their audience.

Default Commission (Commission refers to STORE CREDIT - we do not pay out any cash payments)

You will receive 5% store credit for each successful referral order placed using your unique referral link or code.

Brand Rep Discount

Approved Brand Reps will also receive a personal 10% discount code for their own purchases once they have their first successful referral.

This discount is for the Brand Rep’s personal use only and must not be shared with anyone else.

In order to keep your personal 10% Brand Rep discount active, you must remain actively involved in the It’s Me Lisa G community. This includes engaging in our Facebook group/community and sharing It’s Me Lisa G on your own social media at least once per week, where possible.

When sharing on social media, you must tag It’s Me Lisa G so that your post, story, reel, TikTok or other content can be seen and counted as active promotion.

Your referral link or code may remain open even if your personal Brand Rep discount is removed. However, It’s Me Lisa G reserves the right to cancel, pause or remove any referral link, discount code or Brand Rep access at any time.

Customer Discount

Customers using your referral code may receive 10% off their order, where the code is active and valid.

You cannot advertise your code in It’s Me Lisa G comments, social media groups or social media pages.

You can, and should, use your code on your own social media.

From time to time, It’s Me Lisa G may share your code on your behalf.

Commission and Store Credit

Commission, paid as store credit, is earned on valid completed orders only, and not on your own personal orders.

Commission will not be earned on cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, test or unpaid orders.

If a customer requests a refund for a transaction where commission has already been earned, any commission earned on the refunded amount will be deducted from the Brand Rep’s balance.

Commission is paid as store credit only, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Self-referrals are not permitted. You may not use your own referral link or code to earn commission on your own purchases. This includes family members of the same household.

Brand Rep Responsibilities

Brand Reps are responsible for promoting It’s Me Lisa G honestly, respectfully and in a way that reflects our brand values.

Brand Reps must not make false, misleading or exaggerated claims about our products.

Brand Reps must not claim that our products can treat, cure, prevent or relieve any medical condition.

Brand Reps must not copy, alter or recreate our labels, branding, product descriptions, photos or designs in a way that could confuse customers.

Brand Reps must not sell It’s Me Lisa G products as their own products.

Social Media Disclosure

Brand Reps must clearly disclose when they are promoting It’s Me Lisa G products as part of the Brand Rep Program.

Where a post, video, story, live, reel, TikTok, blog post, email or other content includes a referral link, discount code, gifted product, free product, commission, store credit or any other incentive, the content must be clearly labelled as promotional.

Suitable disclosures include clear wording such as:

“Ad”

“Affiliate link”

“I earn store credit from qualifying orders”

“Gifted by It’s Me Lisa G”

“Brand Rep for It’s Me Lisa G”

The disclosure must be easy to see before someone clicks, buys or engages with the content. It must not be hidden at the end of a caption, buried in hashtags or placed where it is unlikely to be noticed.

Brand and Marketing Materials

Brand Reps are permitted to use the brand and marketing resources made available by It’s Me Lisa G for approved promotion activities, including all photos and wording from It’s Me Lisa G socials and website.

The Brand Rep does not gain any trademark, copyright or other ownership rights to these materials.

All brand images, logos, product photos, packaging designs, website content and marketing materials remain the property of It’s Me Lisa G.

Approval, Removal and Changes

Acceptance into the Brand Rep Program is at our discretion.

We reserve the right to reject applications, remove Brand Reps, cancel codes, remove personal Brand Rep discounts, withhold rewards or close Brand Rep accounts where these terms are breached or where activity appears inactive, suspicious, misleading, harmful to the brand or unsuitable.

We may update, change, pause or end the Brand Rep Program at any time.

By joining the Brand Rep Program, you agree to follow these terms and promote It’s Me Lisa G in a clear, honest and responsible way.
