All of our 3D printed items are made to order, and many are created especially for you with your chosen name, colours, wording or theme.
Please double-check any names, spellings and personalisation details before placing your order, as personalised or custom-made items cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or we have made an error with your order, please get in touch and we will put it right.
Turnaround Time
Our maximum turnaround time for made-to-order items is 14 working days from the date your order is placed.
We very often complete and dispatch orders much sooner than this, but please allow the full 14 working days, particularly during busy periods.
Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK Bank Holidays.
If you need an item for a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we can let you know whether we are able to accommodate it.
A Little Note About 3D Printing
Each item is individually 3D printed rather than mass-produced. Very small layer lines or slight variations in finish are a normal part of the 3D-printing process and make each piece unique.
Colours shown on screen may also vary slightly from the finished product depending on your display and the filament batch used.
