This free companion pack contains decorative padlock fasteners for ringbound and 6-hole journals, plus notebook discs for discbound covers. These accessories are optional and are not required for the notebook covers themselves.

Printing guidance
PETG is my personal preference for the padlocks because its extra strength and durability suit a decorative closure that may be handled regularly. You may use another suitable filament, including PLA, depending on your preferences and intended use.
Please test the fit before batch printing. Every printer, filament and calibration can produce slightly different tolerances. If needed, shrink or enlarge the accessory slightly in your slicer using uniform scaling with the proportions locked. Start with a small adjustment and test again. When resizing a padlock, remember that the lock body and separate D-ring/shackle must remain compatible with one another.

About 3D printing
