This means you may sell qualifying digital files through your own business.

You are purchasing a licence to use and resell eligible files – ownership and copyright of the original designs are not transferred to you.

Where appropriate, please credit:

♡ WITH YOUR DIGITAL RESELLER LICENCE YOU MAY:

♡ Sell DIGITAL RESALE ELIGIBLE files individually through your own website, Etsy shop or other selling platform
♡ Create your own product listings and listing graphics
♡ Set your own retail selling prices
♡ Sell physical printed products made using eligible files
♡ Continue selling eligible files while your licence remains valid

♡ YOU MAY NOT:

♡ Give digital files away for free
♡ Share files with friends, family or other businesses
♡ Share your Drive access, links, login details or folders
♡ Upload files to free-download websites or file-sharing groups
♡ Upload my collection to another Drive or storage service for others to access
♡ Sell access to a copied version of the It's Me Lisa G Drive
♡ Create your own lifetime-access library containing my collection
♡ Add my collection to a membership or subscription service
♡ Sell, gift or transfer Digital Reseller rights to somebody else
♡ Allow your customer to resell the digital file
♡ Claim that you created my original designs
♡ Digitally resell any file that is not marked DIGITAL RESALE ELIGIBLE

The Digital Reseller Licence applies to one purchasing person/business and is non-transferable unless I give written permission.

♡ WHAT RIGHTS DO YOUR CUSTOMERS RECEIVE?

When you sell an eligible digital file, your customer does not receive your Digital Reseller Licence.

Unless a file-specific licence states otherwise, your customer may:

♡ Print the design for personal use
♡ Sell physical products they personally produce using the file
♡ Resize or make minor edits for their own personal or physical-product business use

They may not resell, share, redistribute or give away the digital file.

They may not pass Digital Reseller rights to another person or business.

♡ REMIXES & FILE-SPECIFIC LICENSING

Not every file inside the Drive will necessarily qualify for digital resale.

Some designs may be remixes, adaptations or files subject to separate licensing conditions.

Where a file or folder has its own licence or usage instructions, those file-specific terms apply to that particular design.

For Digital Reseller customers, only files specifically marked:

DIGITAL RESALE ELIGIBLE

may be sold as digital downloads.

If you're unsure about a particular file, please ask me before listing it.

♡ WHAT DOES LIFETIME ACCESS INCLUDE?

Your purchase gives you access to:

♡ Files currently available inside the Lifetime Drive
♡ New files I choose to add in the future
♡ Updated versions of existing files where updates are released
♡ Additional sizes, variations and alternative parts where I choose to add them
♡ New designs across my growing 3D printing collection

There is no fixed number of future releases and no guaranteed release schedule.

I design when inspiration strikes, so some months may have loads added and others may be quieter!

Custom commissions or customer-specific designs are not automatically included unless I choose to add them to the Lifetime Drive.

Occasionally, a file may need to be updated, replaced, reclassified or removed for technical, licensing or other legitimate reasons.

♡ KEEP YOUR DRIVE ACCESS PRIVATE

Your It's Me Lisa G Drive access is for you and your purchasing business only.

Please do not:

♡ Share your Drive access link
♡ Share account or login details
♡ Give another person or separate business access to the Drive
♡ Download the collection to share with somebody else
♡ Upload copies of the Drive elsewhere for other people to access

One purchase = one business licence.

Buying one licence does not create additional licences for friends, family, customers or other businesses.

♡ BREACH OF LICENCE TERMS

Access to the It's Me Lisa G Drive and Digital Reseller permissions are conditional on these licence terms being followed.

If I reasonably believe that files, access links or Drive contents have been shared, redistributed or used outside the licence purchased, I reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove Drive access and terminate Digital Reseller permission.

Examples include:

♡ Sharing Drive access
♡ Unauthorised digital resale
♡ Giving files away for free
♡ Giving files to another business
♡ Reselling files that are not marked Digital Resale Eligible
♡ Creating another file library, membership or subscription using my files
♡ Passing Digital Reseller rights to another person or business
♡ Claiming authorship of my original designs

If a licence is terminated because of a serious breach, you must stop making new sales or uses that rely on the terminated licence and remove unauthorised listings.

Access removed because of a serious licence breach will not normally be reinstated or refunded.

Nothing in these terms is intended to affect your statutory consumer rights.

♡ WHAT DOES “LIFETIME” MEAN?

Lifetime Access means access for the lifetime of the It's Me Lisa G Drive service while it continues to be operated and maintained by It's Me Lisa G.

The hosting platform itself may change in the future.

If the collection moves to another suitable platform, qualifying customers can be provided with replacement access.

Lifetime Access does not guarantee that a particular hosting provider, individual file, design or file format will remain unchanged forever.
