Two separate raised white handles complete the design.

🛠️ TWO HANDLE FIT OPTIONS INCLUDED

NEW: Both handle-clearance versions are included in your digital download. Choose whichever fits your preferred assembly method:

• 1mm clearance handles — the original version I use when assembling with glue, leaving a little more space around the locating features for adhesive.
• 0.2mm clearance handles — a second, closer-fitting option for makers who prefer less clearance and may not use glue.

You only need to print one matching pair of handles for each tray. Check the fit before final assembly: 3D printer tolerances, filament and print settings can affect how tightly the handles fit. A 0.2mm clearance is not a guarantee of a snap-fit or glue-free hold. Use a suitable adhesive if needed and ensure fitted handles are secure before handling the finished tray.

📏 APPROXIMATE PRINTED DIMENSIONS — 100% SCALE

• Main tray: 200 × 150 × 7 mm (20 × 15 × 0.7 cm)
• Each separate white handle: 120 × 20 × 24 mm (12 × 2 × 2.4 cm)

These are part dimensions before assembly. The finished tray base is approximately 20 × 15 cm; raised handles add height after fitting. The outlined snack positions are flat markings on the tray surface, not deep moulded food wells. Dimensions are based on the confirmed tray design; as with all 3D-print files, check dimensions and clearance in your slicer before printing.

The screenshot illustrates a multi-colour print project. Exact settings and colour assignments depend on the supplied 3MF and your printer setup. An AMS or compatible colour-printing setup may be needed to reproduce the design without hand-finishing. If using a different printer, update the printer/nozzle profile and check the sliced preview. Plain STL geometry does not preserve slicer-specific painted colour assignments.

✨ ASSEMBLY

1. Open the STL or 3MF in suitable slicing software and inspect all three components.
2. Print the tray and a matching pair of white handles in your chosen materials, selecting either the 1mm or 0.2mm clearance option.
3. Check handle locating posts and matching holes, then fit the handles and secure them appropriately for your intended use.
4. Use the finished Christmas Eve tray to display wrapped festive treats or treats in suitable food-safe dishes/liners.

FDM 3D prints are not automatically food-contact safe. This is a decorative Christmas Eve snack-display design, not a certified food-safe serving tray. Use wrapped snacks or appropriate food-safe liners/containers and keep milk in its own drinking glass. Avoid dishwashers and excessive heat. Test fitted handles before lifting the tray and supervise children around detachable parts.
