Get ready for Christmas Eve with our Santa Snack Tray 3D Print Files! The tray design features two separate raised grab handles to assemble after printing.

🛠️ TWO HANDLE FIT OPTIONS INCLUDED

NEW: Both handle-clearance versions are included in your digital download. Choose whichever fits your preferred assembly method:

• 1mm clearance handles — the original version I use when assembling with glue, leaving a little more space around the locating features for adhesive.
• 0.2mm clearance handles — a second, closer-fitting option for makers who prefer less clearance and may not use glue.

You only need to print one matching pair of handles for each tray. Check the fit before final assembly: 3D printer tolerances, filament and print settings can affect how tightly the handles fit. A 0.2mm clearance is not a guarantee of a snap-fit or glue-free hold. Use a suitable adhesive if needed and ensure fitted handles are secure before handling the finished tray.

📏 VERIFIED SIZES AT 100% SCALE

• Main tray base: approximately 200 × 150 × 7 mm (20 × 15 × 0.7 cm)
• Each separate side handle: approximately 120 × 20 × 24 mm (12 × 2 × 2.4 cm)
• Overall layout on print bed with three parts separated: approximately 200 × 226.7 × 24 mm

Important: the 200 × 226.7 mm value is the print layout, not the finished assembled tray's overall dimensions. Two separate handles need fitting to the 200 × 150 mm tray base. The two circles are flat printed outlined markers, not recessed wells, as shown in the corrected mock-up.

Printer compatibility: The 3MF was saved with an A1 0.2 mm-nozzle profile. If using a different printer or nozzle, change the printer/filament profiles in your slicer and check the entire layout, colour mapping and sliced preview before printing. Reproducing the four-colour design requires a compatible multi-colour printing setup or an alternative finishing method. The plain STL preserves geometry but does not transfer Bambu Studio's painted colour instructions.

✨ PRINTING & ASSEMBLY

1. Download and open the STL or 3MF in compatible slicing software.
2. Confirm the printer/nozzle and preview the tray base and your chosen matching handle pair.
3. Print the tray and one matching pair of handles (either the 1mm or 0.2mm clearance option), then check the locating features for fit.
4. Assemble the handles securely, following suitable adhesive/assembly precautions if needed; do not rely on the finished piece to carry heavy loads without testing.
5. Add Christmas Eve treats using suitable wrapped packaging or food-safe liners.

3D-printed PLA products and FDM layer lines are not automatically food-contact safe. This file is for a decorative Christmas Eve display tray, not a certified food-contact product. Use individually wrapped snacks or a food-safe liner for treats; use a separate food-safe drinking vessel for milk. Do not place the printed tray in a dishwasher or expose it to excessive heat. Small pieces and raised parts require adult supervision around young children.
