♡ STRAIGHT 330ML CAN CUP STL FILE SET

Print your own screw-together straight can cup with this 5-piece STL file set.

The cup is made from separate Bottom, Middle and Top sections which screw together to create the main body, plus your choice of two different lids.

It has been designed around a standard UK 330ml straight-sided drinks can, making it perfect for creating colourful reusable outer cups and can holders.

Mix and match filament colours between each section for loads of different combinations ♡

The drinks can, straw and any physical items shown in photographs are not included.

♡ SIZING

The design is sized around a UK 330ml straight drinks can.

The internal straight section is approximately:

♡ 67mm internal diameter

The printed cup is approximately:

♡ 81mm outer diameter
♡ 123mm overall assembled height with lid

Individual body sections are approximately 41mm high before being screwed together.

Please note that can dimensions can vary slightly between brands and countries, even where the advertised capacity is the same.

I strongly recommend measuring the can you intend to use before printing the complete set.

♡ HOW IT GOES TOGETHER

The cup consists of:

Bottom → Middle → Top → Lid

The sections use printed screw threads, so simply screw each section together to create the completed cup.

Two lid versions are supplied:

♡ Standard Lid
♡ Lid With Straw Hole

Because each body section is separate, you can print them in matching colours or mix them up to create your own colour combinations.

♡ RECOMMENDED PRINT SETTINGS

These are my recommended starting settings:

♡ Material: PLA / PLA+
♡ Nozzle: 0.4mm
♡ Layer height: 0.16–0.20mm
♡ Walls: 3–4
♡ Infill: 15–20%
♡ Supports: Normally not required
♡ Brim: Optional, depending on your printer and bed adhesion

♡ PRINT ORIENTATION

For best results:

♡ Bottom: Print with the solid base flat on the build plate
♡ Middle: Print with the female/open threaded end on the build plate
♡ Top: Print with the female/open threaded end on the build plate
♡ Lids: Print with the outer top surface on the build plate and the threaded opening facing upwards

Always check your slicer preview before starting your print.

♡ THREAD FIT

This design uses 3D printed screw threads.

Thread fit can vary slightly depending on:

♡ Printer calibration
♡ Filament brand
♡ Flow/extrusion settings
♡ Layer height
♡ First-layer calibration

For that reason, I recommend printing the Bottom and Middle first and checking your first threaded connection before committing to the complete set.

The parts should screw together firmly but should not need to be forced.

If your threads are unusually tight or loose, check your printer calibration before resizing the model.

♡ PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAN

This version has specifically been designed around the UK 330ml straight can size.

If you are outside the UK, or using an unusual can shape, please measure the can first.

The most important measurement is the diameter. Your can needs to fit comfortably within the approximately 67mm internal diameter of the printed cup.
