This listing is for a PHYSICAL printed personalised colouring book, created individually for your order and printed and bound once the artwork is complete.

💗 The more you tell us, the more personal we can make it
After ordering, we will ask you to tell us all about the main child/person in the book. The more useful detail you provide, the more we have to work with when planning their scenes, expressions, clothing and favourite things.
You will be able to tell us about things such as:
- their name and age
- what they look like and their recognisable features
- their hobbies, favourite toys, games, animals, foods and activities
- favourite colours, clothes, accessories and familiar places
- things you would especially like included
- anything you would prefer us to avoid
- important family members, friends or pets you would like included as supporting characters
📸 Reference photographs
The form allows you to upload up to 3 clear reference photographs of the main child/person. A few good-quality photos from different angles or with different expressions generally gives us more useful visual information and helps us create more varied artwork while keeping the person recognisable.
Please only upload suitable everyday photographs that you have permission and authority to provide. Nude, partially nude, intimate, sexualised or otherwise inappropriate photographs must never be submitted.
👨👩👧👦 Other family members, friends and pets
The person named as the main child/person remains the star of the book. You can give us details of up to 4 additional people or pets to use as supporting characters.
Supporting characters may appear in selected scenes, group illustrations or background moments. They are not the main theme of the book and cannot be guaranteed the same level of individual detail, likeness or repeated appearance as the main character. Larger families can still be represented where suitable through group or background scenes.

The form is where you provide the information and photographs needed to create your book. If you do not receive it, please email us with your order number.
⏰ When does the 10-working-day turnaround begin?
The turnaround does not begin at checkout.
Your up-to-10-working-day production period begins only once we have received your completed form, checked the information and photographs, and emailed you to confirm that we have everything required to begin your order.
If anything is missing or we need clarification, we will contact you. The turnaround will begin once the required information has been supplied and confirmed.
Ten working days is our worst-case production estimate. We always aim to complete personalised orders sooner wherever possible, but we would rather allow enough time to correct something properly than rush artwork we are not happy with.
For physical orders, the 10-working-day estimate covers creation and production. Postal delivery time begins after dispatch.
Why can personalised books take time?
Every book is created individually. We review your form, plan the scenes, generate the personalised artwork using our AI-assisted production process, check likeness and consistency, regenerate or correct pages where needed, assemble the finished book, print and bind it, and complete a final quality check.
AI-generated artwork does not always get hands, faces, clothing, poses or smaller details right first time. Some pages may need additional work before we are happy to print your book.
🤖 AI-assisted artwork & likeness
Your photographs are used as visual references to create a personalised illustrated likeness. The finished artwork is not a photographic reproduction and we cannot guarantee a 100% exact likeness. Expressions, poses, clothing, hair and smaller details may vary between illustrations.
Our independently built workflow uses AI-assisted tools including the paid OpenAI API. Each generation and any necessary re-generation uses paid processing. These production costs, together with the time spent preparing, checking, assembling, printing and finishing your book, are included in the final product price.
🔒 Your photos & privacy
Your photographs and information are used to create and support your personalised order. We do not use your photographs for advertising or social media unless you give us separate permission.

This is a personalised, made-to-order product. Because work is created specifically from the information and photographs you provide, change-of-mind cancellation or refund options may be limited once production has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights.
